This would make millions!! The story of Lincoln and what he did for the country would be a great honor for the president. It would be a tough project to be in Lincoln's shoes.

I always thought if they were to make a movie about Lincoln, Daniel Day Lewis could play this role to perfection. Just his height and facial structure not to mention he is one of the best actors of all time.

I wonder if they will discuss his racist viewpoints, because even though it is not publicized much, he was a racist. And please don't tell me that he freed the slaves with the Emancipation Proclamation and that how can he be a racist if he did that, because that piece of paper did nothing for the slaves. I don't want to get into an argument about it, just wanted to throw the idea of his societal views out there.

I don't know about Sally Field. She is a great actress, but she would look like a midget next to Liam Neeson. Well, even if Spielberg will direct this movie, I think she would be too old for the role when they'd start filming.
