Samsung 55B9000 vs Panasonic 54-V10

Samsung 55B9000 will be coming out very soon. 240Hz, local dimming, LED

Panasonic Plasma 54-V10 will also arriving in a month or so.

Samsung, I can pre-order for $4500.00

How is it possible that the LED is almost $2,000.00 more than the V10 plasma?

Experts--Wouldn't the PQ on each be close to the same? So close that once in the living room, who would know? If this is so, then the only set of the two to purchase would be the plasma and save $2,000 (unless there is something as a novice I am not seeing).

Please enlighten me as to why I should spend $2000 for the B9000 or not spend.
