There was a thread on this, and I've tried searching and I can't find it. There was a site that listed about 100 tv sets. They said whether the 720p or 1080i/p resolutions passed or failed. Can someone please help me find that link. I basically want to help my friend find out if the LG 42LC7D is a good TV

http://www.hometheatermag.com/hookmeup/1106hook/ It's not really about pure resolution, it's more about deinterlacing/3:2 pulldown (for 1080i signals) though. If your TV can take 1080p, that should be fine for Blu-ray. hope this helps gandalf ![]() |
