Power conditioner = UPS? - Blu-ray Forum

So i here people talking about power conditioners alot, i have a very nice UPS that is on my computer/home theater system, if i have a UPS i wouldnt need a power conditioner i take it?

UPS also power condition...if you have a decent ups, no real need for a conditioner.

Well a ups is a big battery, and it does condition power so you need no other power conditioner. I have herd you should have a cheap surge protector to protect the ups though.

it only gives me like 10 minutes of run time with all my crap including my computer but thats more then enough time to shut everything off properly.
