Default Using 42" plasma as a computer monitor...

Anyone done this? Do you lose resolution vs. a dedicated monitor? I have a 26" Vizio monitor right now that I use for my computer, PS3 for gaming and XBOX 360, but if possible, I'd like to upgrade to something larger.

If I get a 42" TV (plasma being my first choice), is it going to be fuzzier than I'm used to when viewing my Vista desktop?

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
