Default another dumb question

Hey again all. I have another question that you will all probably gawk at. I just mounted my set but it seems as though the picture isnt as clear or the tv lost some of it's potential because of it. I don't know if its the angle or what not but has anyone experienced this problem or is it just the fact that my eyes are playing tricks on me because of the tilt put on the set? Thanks in advance

Please elucidate more on how it is not "as clear." Blurry, grainy, darker, etc. More information will allow a better diagnosis of the problem.

How much ambient light will come into play... how much reflective light there is from sources behind you, etc... also if there's a difference in distance now between you and the panel. Wait until night time... darken the room and look again, then adjust the pic for any negatives. They say that a room with yellow lighting shows off any display much better. For instance, if you have a few things backlit with yellow floods etc..., and all other light closed off, the eye picks up colors and detail better from a TV/plasma/LCD.

You know the angle? & How high off the ground is it (inchs) & what is you viewing hight?

If the tilt is great there could be stresses on the planel but the tilt would have to be like 45degs+ for that

Mostliky it is just your eyes playing tricks on you.

Some of the blu ray discs I watched before I mounted it were crystal clear. Now the same movies appear to be grainy. IT could just be the angle at which have it set. I will adjust when I get home. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you all for your advice to this point. You're the best!

The angle is about 10 -15 degrees. About Five feet of teh ground with the viewing height at about 3 feet. Shall I adjust? Thanks...
