onkyo tx-sr805

so im looking at getting one of these cause my sonys (str-de597) started actin all wonky.

keeps flashin protect at certain times ...its just perplexing.

i cant figure it out.

anyways.

im thinkin of getting the onkyo tx-sr805 and i was wondering if theres anything better for the monies.

and any feed back owners of that model have.

oooh and why on amazon the silver model is $20 cheaper....is that jsut cause silver sucks?

Everything about the 805 kicks ass! The only negative I can think of is that it is a pretty big unit and is about 60lbs. So, make sure you have enough space for it before committing.
