I had a Sharp Aquos for about 2 years before I got a Blu-Ray player, and I never ran an HD Antenna, or Cable/Sat. to it in those two years either...... it was a gift.... so I just watched my DVDs on it

I always had a 5.1 system, but then when I got one PS3, I decided I needed a whole new audio-system, then I got another PS3, and yet another Audio system....... and it all happened so fast...... 6 months, or so...... but my free T.V. is still running like a champ!

Edit.... Got 40 or so Blu Rays the first week I got my first player...... being a movie buff, I think my reluctance to go "Blu" in the first place was the fact that I knew I had no will-power !!!!!

TV, PS3, then speakers/receiver. I'm very glad I ended up getting the TV first.

Bought my TV, then a few months later bought a PS3, Planet Earth, and Casino Royale at the same time.
