Default The Top 12 Worst Junkfoods!

he best way to start learning how to pick the right foods and make fat burning meals is to tell you what not to eat. And then, if you know what not to eat, then through a process of elimination, you’ll be much more likely to choose the right things.

-The 12 worst fat-storing foods you should never eat:

-Fried foods
-Sugary breakfast cereals
-Doughnuts and pastries
-Candy, chocolate & sweets
-Soda
-Potato chips
-Fruit “drinks” and other sugar-sweetened beverages
-Ice cream
-Cookies
-White Bread
-Bacon, sausage
-Hot dogs, fast food burgers

p/sretty surprise with above's list..but its good to adjust my calories for fat loss..

Stuff that is bad for you

Everything that taste good!

Stuff thats good for you

Everything that taste like a piece of cardboard!

Indeed!

Get a salad by all means. A little lettuce piled high with ham, croutons, bacon bits, olives, cheddar cheese shreds, grated parmesan, garbanzos, and smothered in bleu cheese dressing. Now that's health food!

It's not what you eat so much as how much.

You know, one of the BIGGEST things, is soda. It doesn't matter if it's diet, clear, whatever... cut out soda!!! Well, that worked for me, anyway.

I only drink water, milk (skim, of course), OJ, coffee (16 oz per day), or Sweet Tea (maybe once per week).

I still don't buy the hype about diet soda being bad for you. I'm in pretty good shape and I've been drinking it all my life.

It's because most diet soda contains high amounts of sodium, which in turn retains water weight and is counter productive to trying to lose weight almost.

nobody said you couldn't eat those things and still be healthy

then again, i suppose that depends on your definition of fine physical form

And age.

There are a lot of things I did in my late teens with no problem that would put me in the hospital or ground if I did them today.

I understand that, which makes sense, but in that case all those "healthy" soups and frozen meals (healthy choice, lean cuisine, etc.) should be on that list as they can contain up to 10x the amount of sodium found in a 12oz can of soda.

amen to that!!!

but ive actually stopped drinking as much as i used to when i was a college student and the few years that followed graduation, and i actually lost a lot of weight just cutting down, i only drink on weekends now, and at the very most 5 or 6 beers, and it has been very beneficial for my overall physical health, now mental health might be a different story though!

Well it seem that the two main defects are sugar and sodium. What a bummer, cuz I love them both. Damn near everything I eat has one or both. Damn!!

Here's some pretty easy life math:

IF (calories in) > (calories out), THEN you = fat

IF (calories in) < (calories out), THEN you = not likely fat

Of course there are variables in there such as genetics, age, and the types of calories you're consuming, but those are pretty general guidelines that will work well for most. It's all about quantities, really, especially if you don't exercise.
