I am the only one that thinks movie ticket prices are absolutely RIDICULOUS? I have basically stopped going to movies, except for 1 or 2 summer blockbusters. There was a time when I would go a few times a month, but the cost is just outrageous. I enjoy the experience of going to the movies and I remember how much fun my mom and I had going to movies when I was younger. I was hoping to share the same experiences with my son, but maybe not. Its not that I can't afford it, I just think the industry takes advantage of the consumer. I know it's really not fair to say that when you have $100+ million dollars made and they have to recoup that money plus their profits, but considering TDK made $1Billion dollars at theaters plus DVD/BLU sales, I think its safe to say a profit was made... I just read that theater prices are going up again. Anyway, just my .02
