Did anyone else notice?

In The Fugitive BD, there is a discussion with the actors and film-makers. The director, during the credits of the feature, talks about a mistake in the movie. There is a part when Harrison looks up and there is clearly a man looking down at him only his head is visible. This was taken out of the DVD version, but it is in the Blu-ray version, SO it is more noticeable. Take a look, its kinda creepy, the way the director talks about it.
