I agree that Disney puts out great releases, but they're pretty slow about getting catalog titles out. Thankfully when they do, they're worth it. Personally, I think Fox and Universal do excellent jobs and are the most reliable for the most part.

Disney is the standard answer, but they release so few titles that it almost does not seem fair to the studios releasing many more movies. Fox has done an exemplary job on most films.

# 1 is Disney , pretty much everytime a Pixar movie comes out, that is the new must-have demo title (can't wait for Up) and all their sub-divisons keep the same quality for excellence for their titles too.

Universal also does a fantastic job with their new releases, always top-notch PQ/AQ (Drag Me to Hell was exceptional for both) and they put a good amount of catalogue titles every month.

Disney is doing very good, apart from some mishaps (Gangs of New York, Dinosaur).
I would also like to add Sony and Warner Bros., their output (especially on catalog titles) have been amazing.
