Not really sure where this fits in but since this is common to sub wiring as well I figure this is as good of place as any.
I'm picking up a 180W RMS (4 ohm) plate amp and 4 Aura Pro BassShakers in the next week and need a little help figuring out my wiring. (I'm pumped ![]() Drew this up real quick to make sure but I'm pretty sure this is right. 2 sets in series wired parallel will give me a 4 ohm load correct? ![]() So if that's right would this be correct as well? This is my couch set up, basically the two running horizontal are the bottom 2 of the scheme above and the others are the top 2. What I'm trying to stay away from is running wires back and forth across the couches so instead of running the parallel cable from one + terminal to the next I've got two coming out of the amp +. Is this correct, should I have any issues with this set up? ![]() |
