DG910 and LFE

After reading about how receivers (are supposed to) boost the LFE (.1) channel by 10db after internally decoding DD or DTS, I read that this feature may be lacking when 5/7.1 PCM is input into the receiver.

Does anyone know how the DG910 handles LFE channel when it is being input multichannel PCM audio, whether from a BD, game or SACD?
