Default Pirates COTB disk replacement for UK?

Does anybody know how if at all i can get this, theres no mention of a program like this in the UK but some people mentioned that Sony UK replaced their fifth element blu-rays for the remastered version even though it is not available on blu-ray here

The framing issue was what made disney release replacement disks with the framing issue corrected, i don't see why i shouldn't be able to receive the same service as americans when i pay more, plus they got to keep the disk with the framing issue & receive the corrected version so why shouldn't we get the same

Default POTC COTB replacement disk for UK

OK, i'm pretty much wanting to know the question in the title, does anybody that lives in the UK here already rang disney UK & got a replacement disk sent out or they not even offering it to us here where we pay over the odds

Thumbs down

UK version had the framing issue too but seems companies only like to make mention of replacement programs for americans so i wanted to know if it was available here & they just didn't bother mentioning it

If there is one, can somebody tell me who to get in contact with in the UK for a replacement

Guys, it's like this:

We forked out more than our friends across the pond for the same thing, so when thet get FREE replacement disks & get to KEEP their OLD disk, i don't know why we shouldn't get the same service or at least a replacement disk

I don't see why i shouldn't be entitled to the same servive, for some reason it seems companies have this, "The world revolves around america" mentality so they don't take care of anybody outside the US even if they pay the same or more in countries that the company even has a big presence in

I HAVE rung the UK consumer enquiries line which is 020 8222 1571 but they are closed to december 31st & i'd rather talk to someone than leave a message, i'll let you guys know what they say when i ring them next

It's when sparrow is knocked out by a bottle to the head at the blacksmiths, when they come in & arrest sparrow & they're taling, the people on the left have the top half of their head cut off

There is another in the starting scene of when the black pearl attacks port royal

Default UK - POTC: Black Pearl - Owners

Has there been any information yet on how us UK owners can get our wrongly framed discs replaced?

Has anybody got a telephone number or any contact details for Disney in the UK?
