Ok, this is meant to be a fun thread, so please don't take it too seriously.

This is the kind of thread that we could not do over at the AVS since it would be filled with told ya so type comments. Let's keep it dense with titles

Question is, what Universal films would be fun to have. Oddly I have seen a number of Universal films turn up on the HD broadcasts lately, and thought some would be fun (though far from essentual) on HD Disc.

Obvious choices are:

ET
Jurassic Park

But what about:

Billy Madison
Smokey and the Bandit
Smokey and the Bandit II

and the ever popular Beethoven series

Brotherhood of the Wolf (subtitled!)
Mummy series
Mulholland Drive

Regardless of your taste in movies there must be some little nuggets from Universal that you would love to see on HD disc, but given the recent lack of announcements it would seem that you will be waiting a while to see them on either format

Have fun!
