Speculation that a Thursday court ruling could delay AACS managed copy features.

In the meantime, the pirates are stealing content and training more and more people in the art of theft.

Remember when Managed Copy was the FUD reason of the week for choosing HD DVD over Blu-ray?

Only then it was mandatory managed copy being the big deal. "See..its in our specs...the movies studios have to support the feature"

yeah..either that or not going with HDDVD, which appears to have happened.
