Not bad, but I think I'd rather have an X-Force movie with Deadpool in it, rather than a solo Deadpool movie.

Right now, it's a toss up for Ryan Reynolds to either do Deadpool or return as Hal Jordan in Zack Snyder's Justice League movie. I'm sure Reynolds is waiting for a call from Fox or Warner Brothers, but sadly neither one may happen for him.

Maybe someone leaked it to get hype for it. Or atleast that's what most internet people think when something is leaked.

Definitely. I really hope that this leak is to gauge fan reaction. I know Fox is really nervous with the property, but with things like Guardians now coming out, the quirky and different style of comic book film may be exactly what the studio should pursue. It could be exactly the film we need, and a really fun film on top of that.

I don't think we'll ever see him go back to Green Lantern. Even he didn't seem that enthused by the idea after the storm settled when the movie came out. We'll end up seeing a new Hal Jordan. But he really loves Deadpool, and I know he wants to return to the role. Fox really should give him the chance.

I know all the fans want it, so they should do it. Plus aren't all the suits who were there when it was first talked about not there anymore? so that might be more hopeful.

Yeah, the regime has changed since the old days. I'd love for them to find a way, but I'm going to keep my expectations low, considering we've been hearing for this for so long and nothing has happened so far. I'd certainly love to see it though.

The footage is really cool. I'd watch that movie. If done well, a Deadpool movie with a smaller budget (think Kick-Ass 2) could do all right profit wise.

A self-aware, comedic comic book movie with an R rating can have an audience. No PG-13 Deadpool. He's not a character for the kiddies, don't try to make him one.

It only has a chance of being R if the budget is relatively small (30 mil or so). Anyone who spends 100 - 200 million on a Deadpool movie is an idiot, even if it was PG-13.

Make it fun, make it stylized, and make it really funny -- and they'd make money. Probably under $100 million, but they'd get a good return on their investment.

Deadpool is unique in that he's a nutball who constantly talks to himself and breaks the fourth wall. There is a good movie there dying to be made. Fox just needs to take the chance. It won't be a mainstream movie, but it doesn't need to be.

I can't believe Fox saw this footage years ago! What the hell are theY smoking!?! I'd have greenlit Deadpool on the spot after seeing that footage. Surefire winner! Well, hopefully people force Fox's hands now. The reaction on Twitter is all positive so... fingers crossed. Needs to be an R rating though.
