I got X-Men, Independence Day and Suicide Squad. Plus that Hardcore Henry and some other trailers.

But loved the movie!
[Show spoiler]Are we talking about McAvoy or Stewart? This time line is so confusing,

No, I meant the "10 Years In The Making" part, as he was talking in some recent interviews where it's been almost 10 years for him to get this made.

Wow, I got screwed over. The Fox trailers I got were Eddie the Eagle (10 seconds long) and that Zac Efron wedding movie. I had to suffer through The Brothers Grimsby trailer again.

Most fun I have ever had with a superhero movie in a looooong time. This was a blast from beginning to end.

I also took my 2 kids (10, almost 11 year and a 12 year old) and they enjoyed it too, Again the choice to take a kid is always up the the parent and the parents ONLY, how the kid is being raised should always be up the parents and other people should but out. If the kid is not disruptive during the screening I don't see how it should matter to any other people. I would gladly take a quite respectful 10 year old over an abnoxious texting teenager any day of the week. My kids now all the naughty words and they have seen slasher films from the age of 2 and up so the sex and violence was nothing new to them, in fact we watched Deathgasm Wednesday and they were kinda bored by it. I can understand some people being up in arms about kids going to it but like I mentioned unless the kids are creating a problem I see no problem with it. It's a fake superhero movie with cartoon violence it's not American Sniper with all it's pro-war realistic violence. My grandparents (I was raised by Grandparents) let me watch anything I wanted when I was interested in it and I turned out fine, the overbearingness of some parents does more harm than good is some cases in my eyes but calling parents that let there kids watch R-rated movies "Idiots" is a bit harsh. I don't raise my kids with the bible front and center in life but I also don't call people that do "Stupid" or "Idiots" even though I feel that the indoctrination into it is a bad idea

We had BvS (Trailer 1) and Civil War (Trailer 1) before our screening and that was it.

For half the movie I kept thinking the movie was being projected badly but then I realized the didnt lower the curtain at the top before the trailers started.

The film is clearly doing VERY well, but when considering how big it is keep in mind the $90M total they are predicting is for the extended 4-day weekend, not just Friday Saturday Sunday.

I did, and it gave my audience an audible boner. So much excitement.

I don't know if I should, but I want to see that film. Russell Crowe and Kim Basinger in a Shane Black movie set in the 70s? And, I don't mind Ryan Gosling, either, depending on the role. It is digital capture, though (Codex ARRIRAW, apparently), and I wish it had been shot on film for authenticity. But I'll probably go anyway, if only to see Kim on the big screen again....

During the final fight in the harbor. Were they fighting on a helicarrier (had the huge turbines on the sides)?

Now THIS is a different kind of superhero film! And I loved, loved, loved every minute of it! All of it! As the Rotten Tomatoes description states, it's fast, funny (VERY funny), and gleefully profane. This is NOT a superhero film for your 13-year-old. FAR from it. This film isn't just rated R, it's a hard R (pun intended). Hell, it probably barely escaped getting an NC-17 rating.

The Booth Bijou gives 'Deadpool' 4.5 out of 5 stars (a score of 90%). So far, it's my favorite movie released in 2016.

Mark
