They got the character very right, but the game itself is incredibly mediocre and repetitive. I'll buy it when it's like sub $20, but for now I'm fine.

I am personally loving the game. Sure it's your standard "run and gun" but the humor alone elevates it above many other games (for me at least). I can't remember the last time I had this much fun with a video game.

I love it too. I think if you are a fan of Deadpool, you will love this game. It has me cracking up. I love the way he talks to you too. I also like how they switch it up too and add some 2d retro stuff in there too.

man it just seems like Reynolds keep rehashing the same stuff over and over again.. he should honestly just fund the movie himself at this point or head over to kickstarter

I'm glad to see there is at least some forward movement. Most of the updates have been 'it isn't cancelled'. I am glad that he has some optimism and understands the risks and how to compensate. I really want this movie to happen!

Just last week, Ryan Reynolds revealed that he thinks a "Deadpool" movie will "eventually" be made, despite the fact that it's been in the works for four years and would need 20th Century Fox to invest in an R-rated superhero film.

In a new interview, "Deadpool" director Tim Miller explained that the movie is "closer to getting a greenlight" that it was just two months ago. "We will never give up," he said. "'Deadpool' is still alive and we're just waiting for the studio to embrace what an amazingly f*cking awesome film this would be. Ryan is ready, I am ready, the fans are more than ready, we just need that elusive green light."

To help make the film happen, Miller and Reynolds have agreed to lower the budget and just turned in a new draft of the script by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (Zombieland). But Fox has yet to budge.

Perfectly plausible to see the X-Force and Deadool stand alone film released within 6 months to a year of one another. Great times ahead.

I speak comic books pretty fluently, I'm aware of what should and should not work on screen. So far, X-Force and Deadpool are in great shape

While I would love to see this movie and welcome any good news, I agree that Liefeld is far from a reliable source. Liefeld is to these movies like Tom Arnold is to True Lies 2.
