As long as the PQ and AQ are above average, then i don't care if it's the theatrical or whatever edition it is. I bought the LOTR because I want it not because of it's content. If the LOTR is released in the future with the extended editions then I'll still buy it. That's just my opinion...

Personally supervised by Lucas himself? Meaning, he's been working on this for a while. We won't get full details until some time in August about what went into creating this set....

did anyone actually call you crazy? I think most people agreed that there would be a significant difference between MRSP and sales price and found your estimate of 80-90 reasonable.

this movie will be on my doorstep on release day......just like anyone else that has prime.

and i'd almost guarantee, any brick & mortar store that has a lower price than $90 on release day, amazon will match it.

but i'd put my money on the fact amazon will have this cheaper than anyone else release day.

Amazon does release day delivery; I get my movies a day before they are supposed to be released sometimes. Amazon also has a pre-order price guarantee.

lucas doesn't do anything half assed when it comes to these movies....unless u want to put the prequel trilogy on that list.

i'd think george won't let this property have anything short of the best possible everything.
