There will not be the standalone release in the Czech Republic. It was cancelled because of this box set (which cannot be release here because one of the titles is out of rights...).

All other Czech shops already deleted that - including Blu-shop.cz which gave me this info, and has best info about new UHD releases.

We really need individual releases of Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, Lawrence of Arabia, Dr. Strangelove, and Ghandi.

Given past experience with physical media, I would predict that the chance of these receiving individual 4K editions is roughly 100%. Who knows, though?

Went ahead and ordered the box set from Target since it's less than $20 a title. Yeah, I can't say Jerry Maguire is a priority for me, but I've wanted to see Gandhi and A League of Their Own for a while. And while I'm happy with the Sony Blu-ray of Mr. Smith and Criterion of Dr. Strangelove, I'm not saying no to seeing those in 4K. That big box is probably going in my closet, but I'm not waiting a day longer than it takes to have a UHD disc in my hands for David Lean's masterpiece.

As soon as the UK pre orders goes up I will be on it in an instant. I am most looking at getting Lawrence of Arabia, one of my favourite films of all time. I religiously watch the Blu-ray every year.
