I have often been able to just push these nails into drywall, I wouldn't hang my current posters with those hooks as the glass on my make the picture too heavy. I use an actual anchor and screw.
he's using WalMart frame. So it's cool

Hi there! Long time lurker, first time poster here!

I have a number of prints which I've collected over the years and an original Dark Knight poster in my home cinema.

Very cool of your friend...i have two Whalen posters (Mad Doctor and Lonesome Ghosts) and he just about always puts out great work. I really wish i would have been heavy into collecting around the time the original Steamboat Willie went on sale at Mondo.

Those are some cool Giger prints. Is that a Blade from Puppet Master statue on the shelf?

I took the day off and started spring cleaning. If anyone needs tubes they'll be at the curb.

Many thanks!

You're eagle eyed! That's my Blade statue from Full Moon's 2005 Horror Roadshow. Charles Band's movies are my guilty pleasure!

Let me ask a question for the people in this thread that may have already been asked: How much money have some of you spent on posters and frames? I'm asking not to judge but simply compare to my estimated amount spent.

way too much on posters
Frames can cost more than posters depending if it's a custom. But if the poster goes up in value. Then it evens out.

I just got a pretty god deal on eBay. I got 2 CONTACT original double sided posters (one was the advance) for $5 each. So with shipping it came to just under $20...not too shabby.

Trons arrived today. Do you have to have a blacklight for them to really glow or is really dark enough? I have it close to pitch dark in our basement and there isn't a glow of any kind on the legacy print that i can tell.

Checked out a local frame shop today, you guys and your fancy frames are tempting me!
