You don't have to remove everything. Just remove one item and put it back in. Then the autograph will automatically be added.

I had four items in my cart and no promotion. I added a fifth item, and the signed copy showed up in my cart. Then I removed the random fifth title and the signed copy stayed in my cart.

Looks like shipping for the 5th free item went up by $6.00? Was $6.49 when I had 4 items in my cart. Went up to $12.49 and priority mail with the extra title.

Same here. Also had to delete and re-add everything to my cart.... but it worked.

I just got one a couple minutes ago but yeh shipping was like $13 but I had a 10% off code that knocked that down by $12.

This is what I started doing a little before 4:00. The autographed copy finally showed up at about 4:14.

Looks to be available, so we should all be good. Was little worried with their wording.

Got this email from SAE today...about the new release shipment delay:

We have your order and it is holding for the pre-order title still. We have yet to receive this month’s releases. We should have 4 out of the 6 tomorrow afternoon and the remainder we have yet to hear about from the pressing plant.

Well, I ordered 3 of the 6 (Remo Williams, 9 to 5 & Eye of the Needle), so I guess my odds are 1 in 2 as to which ones are delayed, but given that others have received shipping notifications on those from TT already, I feel pretty good those will be at SAE tomorrow.

Every month now people are flipping out about SAE shipping slower. Just an honest question: why don't you guys order from the TT site directly?

Here are a few possibilities:

(1) Some people are reasonably happy with SAE.

(2) It's one less site that they have to give their credit card number to.

(3) TT's site might not have the specific titles people want, because SAE has all of the stock (particularly older titles).

(4) TT might not be running the same sales that SAE is. The "7 for 70" sale was SAE-only.

I've ordered from both, and will continue to do so, depending on specific circumstances.

Since I already had Cat Ballou, wasn't paying close attention, but was the signed copy only from TT's site? (I just looked and answered my question.)

(Why I don't do TT direct is that I don't like the people who probably handle their shipping. I think they're the same ones who do Fox Connect, though no one here has ever confirmed or denied it. The symptoms seem to be the same. And I'm usually happy with SAE, so even when there's an issue, it's been fairly simple to take care of. (Not the case with me and Fox Connect, which is why I won't have anything to do with them and theirs any more.) If SAE ever gets taken out of their loop, I think TT blu-rays will be taken out of mine, which would at least make my wallet happy.)
