Pretty damn good review. A bit heavy on the shots to the Prequels. But otherwise excellent.

From the review: "Each film includes English Dolby Digital 5.1 descriptive audio..."

Does this mean that in addition to the 6.1 DTS-MA track there is a Dolby 5.1 surround track? This would make me very happy since I don't have a DTS-MA system yet

I have to admit, I was slightly surprised with Casey's love of the audio on ALL SIX MOVIES! He's usually a real hard ass, when it comes to that stuff. I still can't wait to hear "Star Wars" the first one.

in response to the review, I think 3po said it best "WONDERFUL". That was a execelent review, Im sure glad was able to put his UOT desire off to the side. Im very much looking forward to buying it Friday, cant wait!!!!!

No problem. The Onkyo TX-SR 609 can be had for around $400 new. Best mid-tier receiver on the market IMHO. I've had a 606 for 3 years and love it.

Wow, that's an excellent review.

I agree with pretty much everything, from the assessments of quality of the OT vs the PT as movies, application of DNR to The Phantom Menace, George being out-of-touch etc. Great take on everything. It actually sounds like it was written directly to this thread, addressing pretty much everything we've been moaning over or defending for weeks.

I'm most stoked to hear that the OT looks incredible, so I guess I'll have to get over all the changes I'm not a fan of.

Audio being reference is a huge bonus, but I guess it's to be expected with SW.

More psyched to pick this up than before.

Kind of disappointed Attack of the clones got a 3.5 on PQ, its my favorite prequel. But a perfect 5 on the Audio for the whole Saga? I can't pass this up.

I'm discouraged that TPM was treated so poorly. With it being a 35mm film it should have looked every bit as good as original trilogy. Oh well, at least III-VI look great as they are the best films of the lot.

And they are AWESOME!!! The descriptive audio track on Zombieland is unbelievably hilarious. Everyone do yourself a favor and check it out.
