Instructions to access the hidden UOT in 4k on the Blu-Ray disc:
1) Wait for the menu to load
2) On your remote, press up up, down down, left right, left right, b a enter
3) The film will load the original version. If it doesn't work, reset and try again. If you have problems booting up the disc, try taking it out, blowing on the bottom, and load it back in.

This is also nearly identical to playing Mortal Kombat with blood on the Sega Genesis.
