09 Pioneer Elite Line up???

I just called BestBuy to see if they would price match $759 for the Pio SC-05. They said the product had been discontinued because the 09 line is comming out. They told me they couldnt get me the AV Receiver!

??? When do the new Pio Elite AV RECEIVERS COME OUT??? Are they improving anything??? Am I better off getting the SC-05 with the deep discount?

Are you sure the 1019 is an Elite??? It only has 120 watts per channel. The SC05 has 130 Watts. & an ICE amp

that is a good deal for the SC -05, for what I've read the new elite don't differ much in power pretty much just change the display from amber to white. Check out the link

Dont differ much in power?? It's 190 WATTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It also has HDMI upscaling via the HDMI Port. The SC 05 does it buy analog only. DOes anyone have anything on pricing?????

msnoppy, where do you see it state 190 watts for the 1019? Or is this a mistype? I see 120 watts per channel as compared to 130 watts per channel for the SC-05?

Seems pretty high though for a 330W power consumption listed.

It also notes - DETAILS ARE TENTTIVE.

Perhaps this is for stereo only, not 7x.

No and No, it doesn't provide the "upscaling you are looking for" and the newer model is out of your 800.00 to 1000.00 budget.
