Default Okay, call me backward but what is Fry's?

I keep hearing so many talk about Fry's. I live in South Carolina and I've never heard of the store. Is it a northern Store or what? Or is it like a British store?....this has been bothering me for a while....let me know.....thanks

It's in the southwest mostly, though I hear they're in Georgia now.

Think Costco meets Best Buy with a slightly more geek-centric edge (they have an aisle of motherboards for example)

Wow, now you're really going to think we're rednecks, we don't have Costco either. Although I do hear we're getting some in a few months lol.

lol. do you have Saks? My girlfriend would die without it.

But seriously Fry's is great, probably the cheapest brick and mortar place to buy tech stuff and BDs. Too bad you don't have em. Costco is cheap too but sometimes they bundle too much

is Saks an actual store or was that some kind of pun? Forgive me if this doesn't make any sense, I'm at work and my brain is dead from this boring ass job.

Saks as in Saks Fifth Avenue

They do have locations in major cities in the very high rent districts
