Default Common or not? Sharing PS3 accounts with others

I was wondering if it is common place that people share PSN Store accounts. I mean I buy most decent even semi decent stuff (variety is the spice of life right?) and the Killzone 2 Demo is coming January 15th for Qore subscribers. I subscribe.

Do you trade accounts, do you share the expense with the primary trade games for access, or like what I wanted my girlfrinds to do when in highschool, just give it away.

I do not think this is a taboo subject because you can have up to 5 PS3's on your account. I was thinking that I want to work something out with maybe people that don't have credit cards and have it rough trying to get the online games.

Just wondering. Not sure how to put it out there. (Kinda just did but not really)

I would like opinions feedback thoughts etc.

Thanks

Nothing Wrong in My Opinion. I do it, just with people I know

I don't see anything wrong with it, but I don't do it and can't imagine it's all that common.

I would only do it with I people I really know though.

Do you think I would post what I am looking for in the trading thread? I will have to have some sort of screening process. I guess that could pose a problem if the trader started sellling my account info wouldnt it.

Bad idea in my opinion. Too much potential for harm to come to your account if they get access to it. Even people that you know and trust could lock you out by changing the password. Even as a joke, it would piss me off to no end!

And that's just the least of the problems that could occur.

I have bought a few games and freely gave them to a friend or two.

I'm just a nice guy like that....

Goes against Sony's own version of their Code Of Conduct. Yes, you can recover your account on up to 5 different PS3's, but your not suppose to share games with people who haven't purchased the content. Sony will kick you off PSN if you are caught doing it. Don't know HOW they catch people, but they do. I know several people who have been kicked off because of it.

I definitely do it... But the credit card issue was erased with the introduction of the PSN Cards.

I tried it about 2 months ago and will never do it again. Changing password on my account screwed up the saves on many of my games, most notably GTA IV, LBP and Burnout Paradise. Hours and months of play were lost. Wasnt worth it to save some bucks
