PS3 walmart return help - Blu-ray Forum

Bought ps3 60GB 2007 at walmart with credit card it died (ylod) 2009 i have a extended warranty but lost the receipt can they scan the box and PS3 serial # or check my credit card to show that i buy it there? and do you know if i can get another 60GB,80 or slim in exchange?

maybe you should contact walmart...seems more likely they would have the info more than anonymous people on a message board...seriously...

yes they can look it up when you bought it all they need is the UPC or the PS3 serial, give them the UPC/PS3 serial and they'll look it up and print you out another receipt.

Don't exchange it for a slim or 80gig, send it in to Sony and have it fixed.
