ps3 video signal problem - Blu-ray Forum

at home i use HDMI it's great. i took it over to a friends house. he only has component and RCA... it wont pick up video signal i'm thinking it wants to default to hdmi that technically doesnt exist. how do i reset the video signal?

when the ps3 is off. hold the power button for 5 seconds..it'll beep and reset the video settings

You will, however, have to do the same when you get home.
