Seriously, I wonder if there´s any way we can get this film on Blu-Ray. I don´t even know which company owns it.

I think it's under MGM's control.

Good luck, I'll pick up my 2 disc special edition Blu-Ray of Howard the Duck the same day that Robot Jox is on Blu.

I loved Full Moon movies.
If ANY make it to blu I want it to be the Subspecies series, as well as the Puppet Master series and Meridian.

LOL, yeah I wouldn't mind it either. Good campy fun.

Hollywood was supposed to make a Mechwarriors movie based on the game (which was cancelled unfortunately) but I guess it didn't get greenlit.

I don´t think Robot Jox is Full Moon. I think it´s too good to be a Full Moon movie. The two disappointing semi-sequels might have been though...

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!!!! Too funny. I JUST watched this movie last night. There needs to be a good Mech movie made sometime. The one based on the game could be really cool if done well.

Robot Jox is an excellent crapfest

It was made by some Italian firm, and it bankrupted them. Since it came out on DVD in Japan about 5 years before the US, watch over there

Wow, I thought I was the only person to have ever seen this movie. This is one of those movies you watch just for the laughs. Blu-ray can benefit from such movies, another good example would be Army of Darkness.

yeah give me army now that uni is blu i always thought it was stupid that evil dead 1 and 2 would be blu and army was red

And (according to a celeb appearance at one of our old Sci-Fi film festivals) who was originally contracted to direct an "Iron Man" movie back in the late-80's, on the basis of Jox, but "the producers obviously wanted a Robocop clone", and let the deal fall through.

Now that MGM has a deal in place with Twiligt Time I'm hoping they someday release Robot Jox.
