I just got 4 BDs from amazon. FF, 5thE, Blue Planet (spectacular!) and Roving Mars. I couldnt see the last, since it is indeed REGION A. Since now, all "A" movies worked fine here in Europe, and only Fox titles had been locked. And Mars is Disney. Why this foolishness of HDDVD-like region encoding? That can only encourage piracy. My choice for Blu was partially due to almost region free encoding for all movies, not the only, but important advantage over hddvd crap. Is this going to be a rule in the future? And why - this is completely irrelevant for copy protection of BDs...
