Same with game installs. Now let's think about this for a moment. You bought a PS5 and you want to install and play a PS4 game that has a PS5 version available. Shouldn't the PS5 just assume the gamer wants to play the better PS5 version and install that one by default? I don't understand why Sony forces the gamer to become a sleuth and go on some weird scavenger hunt to locate and install the PS5 version. It should be the exact opposite. If a PS5 version exists, the system should install THAT version by default. For as amazing as Sonys 1st party game studios are, the team that handles things like OS implementation, UI implementation, and overall quality of life features is seriously lagging behind. They and Sony should look at Xbox's UI and how everything works on that console and be embarrassed because it runs circles around PlayStation. Last edited by Steelmaker; 06-24-2021 at 03:36 PM. |
