jgdc74 Active Member Member since:Jan 2008 Blu-ray collection:39	I bought a 2TB SN850 to go in mine but also bought a used 500Gb one as I was considering selling one of them. Both are the heatsink versions. I installed the 500Gb one and it didn’t recognise it until I restarted my PS5, then it was formatted. Twice that day my PS5 crashed and ‘repaired’ the M.2 SSD. The second time it kept making a ‘farting’ noise while playing FIFA. After the second crash I figured it may be doing harm to my PS5 so I removed it and installed the other one. Was fine for a couple of days but then this one also crashed my PS5. Anyone else had this problem? The 500Gb one was also extremely hot when I removed it. I’m wondering if it was made hotter by having my PS5 in the horizontal position? Last edited by jgdc74; 09-19-2021 at 01:22 AM.
