After my Fios installation this weekend I find that 95% of my HD channels (more than 50 or so) are either pixelated or will not even come in at all leaving me with a message displaying that the channel in not available at this time. Also am missing blocks of non-HD channels that have no picture at all when dialed in, for instance 139-145 and 161-164, etc.
After resetting my boxes/modem with a technician over the phone the problems continue and a technician will be out to my home again on Saturday. Has anyone had a similar experience to share with a possible solution? I was thinking maybe old coax cable in my home? Old splitters? |
