It won't be if you make three threads for it.

Handshake issue most likely. Try new cabling. Put a power conditioner on your system. That should help with the popping from the fridge turning on.

Yes, very much so. Are you in an apartment? Are you plugged into an outlet that is wired with the fridge? Make sure you get a very meaty power conditioner. There are plenty of threads regarding them.

no im in a bedroom in a my house. the sockets are on opposite sides of the room but the whole electrical system is very old. could u give me a link to a good thread about it or wot should i search for? thanks

lolz.
its not "super old" its the original wiring from when the house was built in like the 60s. a few of the sockets have had to be replaced for safety reasons.
