Not quite.

They hand over the cash (the owner applies for a grant) but they don't carry out the restorations themselves or distribute them.

Season 2 will include a Blu-ray cases holding 4 discs in an o-card slipcase.

Everything else will be the same as before.

We had originally printed 10,000 booklets, slipcases, and digi-pak cases, reprinting them would've been too expensive, so we decide to lower the SRPs by $10 each and repackage them.

Kino Insider - This announcement leaves 2 new-to-Blu 50s titles in the MGM deal. Is it one new to disc, and one previously released on DVD? I think you originally said both were previously released on DVD, but then you mentioned you couldn't find the Shout DVD 4-pack you were under the impression one film was featured on. Thanks.
