revgen Power Member Member since:Oct 2013 Location:Southern California, USA Trading Score:17	This movie received a lot of hate from critics when it was first released. I'm not sure why exactly. I enjoyed it. Even without the great 3D presentation, I thought Zemeckis and Carrey did a great job presenting this story in CGI. Perhaps people are still remembering Carrey's performance as the Grinch. I didn't like Carrey's interpretation of the Grinch, but his Scrooge interpretation is fine.
