Sorry but that title easily goes to either The Emperor or Han Solo.

They can still make him a clone but he can go through genetic/physical augmentation/alterations like the clone trooper unit: the bad batch. They were still clones but altered themselves to look different and wore different types of armor reminiscent to the new storm troopers and biker scouts.

So Boba having a different face wont mean to much in the grand scheme of things.

Cheers,

Jango died like a bltch. Just like his overrated son. They need to move away from those characters. They have been ruined already and were nothing special to begin with.

So did the Emperor - once you start shooting electricity from fingers, do reflexes not work? How did he get picked up anyway if Vader was missing a hand?

As much as I dont like the prequels, Jango Fett was the best character and the only one who acted like he was not in front of a green screen.

But yeah, they need to move away from these characters anyway instead of making all these ridiculous epic back stories for characters with the coolest costumes.

The scene between Obi-Wan and Jango in his room in Epsiode II was really good. One of the best acted and directed scenes in the prequels.

That scene and their hand to hand fight scene in the rain were basically the best, most dramatic and intense scenes in the whole prequel trilogy.

I really liked the Kamino sequence too. The mystery angle was pretty cool, the clone reveal worked very well and Jango/Obi-wan was very cool.

And the asteroid chase was fantastic.

Definitely the high point of Clones.

He killed a jedi council member. Smacked obiwan around. Trained the clones. Set fire to Mace and killed a Reek with one shot. He only went down because his jet pack was damaged and even then he went down to the only character to beat Palpatine at anything. No one else comes close sorry.

I dont disagree neither need to be used again but hes anything but a *****.

Mace did not beat Palpatine at all, he knew Anakin was coming and put on the theatrics.

Jango is a badass and easily one of the best things about the prequels.

I largely agree with this. I wouldn't say Jango died like a b*tch at all, there's only so much a non-force user can do when a Jedi master is closing in on them and they have no means to get out of the way.

One can argue a lot of the villains in the saga "die like b*tches"; Maul just watches Obi-Wan jump up and slice him in half, Dooku is on his knees in front of Anakin and looks terrified before he gets his head cut off, Grievous is shot to death by Obi-Wan after having just escaped from their duel where he was severely outclassed, Boba is accidentally killed by a blind man, Jabba is choked to death and unable to do anything about it, Palpatine just lets Vader pick him up and throw him without doing anything but screaming, etc. Jango puts up more of a fight than most of them.

I agree with this too. Palpatine was obviously putting on that whole "helpless old man" act to gain Anakin's sympathy, it's just another example of him manipulating people in that film. As soon as he knows Anakin is on his side he blasts Mace out of the building.

He played everyone. Emperor Palpatine has to be, hands down the best villain on film ever!

He's my favorite Star Wars villain, and one of my favorite villains in general. Maybe the most enjoyable thing about the PT is to watch his rise to power, how he manipulates everyone and plays different sides against each other. Doesn't hurt that Ian McDiarmid plays the role so well.

Looks like many of the people here haven't read the Star Wars comics.
There are 3 major plot twists in this movie (of course, if it follows the comic)
I would have told you, but I don't want to spoil anything..

Honestly, I think Jango Fett, in 1 movie did more than his son did in 2...and he went head to head with not 1 but 2 jedi, and only got what he got because his pack was damaged.

I am not a prequel fan really but the Jango stuff in Episode 2 was pretty awesome. Probably my favorite stuff in the prequels by far.
