I have several SONY Bluray players in my home, It seems the less expensive models have the longest load times. By far the PS3 is the fastest. I have 100+ blu-ray discs and not one takes more than 20 seconds. The least expensive of my players SONY 300 series model is insane as to how long it takes (Guest Bedroom). The PS3 has multiple processors that no doubt help out the process.

I have a samsung bd-p1400 and sure the load times on some movies take sometime, but the truth is iam just happy the movies play.
If the long loading is the only problem i have then iam very grateful.Especially after reading all the problem some people are having with there players.I feel very,very lucky
