went from 32" crt to 32" lcd to 40" lcd.. thought the 40" was huge at first but now it doesnt look so big... i remember looking at 36" sets in the shops years ago and thinking they were massive...

i cant go any bigger than 40" though due to room size/viewing distance.. and wife acceptance factor... which is why i hope sony and others dont limit their high end tech to screens of 46" and higher.. like LED backlighting etc..

its amazing how you get used to size though..
