BONNIE AND CLYDE and LIFE OF BRIAN are two of my favorite films in my collection. The former is 40 years old, and the latter is 29 years old. Both look incredible, given their low budgets and age. B&C in particular. In terms of both image quality and content, hasn't aged a day.

I'm really looking forward to the Criterion Collection's Blu-Ray release of THE THIRD MAN. In general, I get more excited for older films than new releases in terms of picture quality. To take something decades old and make it look like they shot it yesterday is a true feat.

The Lost Boys was one of my girlfriend's all time favorites, so I had to get it for her on Blu-Ray.

The Dolby True HD soundtrack is AWESOME!

why do people think that American Pyscho is an old movie. It was made like 7 years ago.

Just because it takes place in the 80s doesn't mean it was made in the 80s, you really think Christen Bale doesn't age?

patton has edge enhancment issues, bonnie and clyde has horrendous audio, just so you know.

my top ones are 2001, Close Encounters, Blazing Saddles, Blade Runner and The Shining

I would guess because it's in such terrible shape that surely it must be an old film!

Still a favorite movie of mine, but it definitely doesn't look very good on BR (upgrade from DVD, but that's about it).

Patton is a much debated title because of EE and DNR abuse.

These Technicolor gems look great.

I enjoyed Enter the Dragon's PQ, but it is missing a lossless audio track.
