What is up with their pictures. The colors are so skewed.

(Edit: they even apologize for the poor quality lol)

Something to remember, not all players are able to play the discs with the workarounds. My 7 year old player played about 60% of the B locked discs I bought. My new, multi region player- 0! Not even the Arrow titles. Go figure
Multi-region? What? Let me know what kind it is so I can make sure not to buy it. That sounds like some false advertising.

Looks like he used a cheap circa-2000 web cam for the pictures!

No wonder he's charging so much. This is basically a Kickstarter campaign to get him a new camera, with the perk being a free copy of NOTLD '90

It plays all regions but the workaround doesn't work if I have it set to A and try to play a B. Sorry I wasn't clear about my post. I have to test B locked discs on my A only player to see if the workaround works.

He's practically giving it away! At that price, it won't last long. It will be gone before the day is over.

Seems like a lot of extra monkeying around when you could just put the disc in your all region player and have it work right from the start.

Honestly, I'm just happy to be able to play B discs now. An extra click of a button is no bother.

Actually I just got word from Tom Savini at this horror convention I just happen to be at and he confirmed that the colours in that ebay listing are correct and this was supposed to be an easter edition from the get go.

Umbrella just released "Night of the Creeps" last month (which is another Sony owned title), the back cover of that disc indicated B locked as well and it turned out to be region free.

Nice it's finally getting wider release, but a US disc could be anything until we know otherwise. Blue transfer, no original audio, none of the new extras etc.

I've been buying from them since their inception and know where to look.

At the time I went to their site, it was NOT on there. Now I see it plain as day... nojoke.

It will be the umbrella release more then likely, I've bought movies that are import titles from Best Buy before for example Turbo Kid.They usually have the releases that are imports for a couple of days then after that usually become unavailable on the bb website.

I don't import, so I have no interest in this new Australian release. Hopefully, its release causes prices on the TT version to drop. I wouldn't mind snagging a used copy of that if it ever hits as low as ten bucks. I'd like to check out the darker transfer that others were b!tching about, as I've always thought thought this film was way too bright.
