It hasn't been settled in court as to whether it was murder or self defense. A jury will decide and I wasn't there so I don't know. The texter was using foul language and arguing with the old dude -- all the witnesses agreed on that. I think you're an a-hole if you harass and taunt a senior citizen, but I don't believe anybody should be shot unless they are commiting violence against somebody.
