Here in Australia, all UHD titles in Universal's range to date, as well as the 3 disc UHD sets from Roadshow (such as GoodFellas, and The Hunger Games), come in approximately 12mm thick cases, which have disc hubs on the front and back inner sides of the case, and clips for a single or double disc swing tray:
