I guess it's on iTunes in HD, but I sure don't want to pay a ridiculous price (in Canada) for crappy iTunes quality.

This really needs to be on Blu-ray. I mean, hello, seaQuest is on Blu-ray! What do we have to do to get this released?! I'm still holding out hope that an international release will happen.

Give SG1 another try. It's great.

And where is Sea Quest on blu-ray?

Season 1 was released in Australia, and then all 3 seasons were released in Germany.

Just watched the extended pilot last night. For a show that's now nearly 9 years old I was blown away by the quality. The CGI holds up very well and what struck me most was the sound track. It was very well mixed with a powerful LFE track that made my quake 10b transducer really come to life. Every ship scene had a bassy tone and the explosions had real slam.

Watching it in 2018 with real OLED black makes the whole thing pop spectacularly too.

Great release! Shame it won't ever get a HDR release but those desert scenes would benefit so much

There was only 2 seasons of Stargate Universe. Only season one of Stargate Universe was released on Blu-ray. It is very sad that season two never came out on the Blu-ray format anywhere in the world. Yes I know season 2 of Stargate Universe was released on the 480i DVD format, but it is disappointing that the complete series was not released on Blu-ray since there was only one more season to complete the series. The average collector does not want to own season one on Blu-ray and season two on DVD.

Sucks, but since it was canceled, I guess they didn't want to spend money on a blu-ray release and just did the DVD for season 2. The DVD is better then nothing. But I get what you are saying.

I bought season one of Stargate Universe on Blu-ray, and season two on DVD. I well need to finish Stargate Atlantis before I watch Stargate Universe.
