Pulled the Trigger!! Panny on the way!

I am supposed to have my Panny coming on Monday, too. The manager and sales associate are delivering it and setting it up for me. Basically, they are going to pack up my Samsung LCD, take the Panny out of the box, Set the Panny on my stand, and take away the Samsung. I will plug everything in and turn on the set and test and make sure all is running correctly.

This way, I do not have to carry it up the ten stairs to my front door, and then down another flight of stairs into my basement.

I'm exchanging the Samsung for the Panny. The set looked totally different in my viewing environment. I could see every flaw of the LCD. Clouding, flashlighting, general backlight bleeding. The manager agreed when he came to my house to see exactly what I was complaining about.

Bottom line is that I wasn't happy. The company I bought from has a 30 day money back/90 day exchange guarantee. I was on the verge of returning the set, but they gave me a deal on the Panny 800u and BD35 blu-ray player that I could not refuse. The best part is that they are local so dealing with problems is MUCH easier.
