nhaase Special Member Member since:Mar 2007 Trading Score:2	When your receiver turns off during movies, is it during extraordinarily loud moments, or just any time? I say this because most receivers have a cut-off to make sure too much power is not sent to the speakers, which would blow them. If it shuts off when a huge explosion occurs, it may be your receiver safe-guarding the speakers (although it should just cut off signals to the speakers, this could be a flaw). That's a quick thought I have on the subject.
