I apologize for the dumb question, but can someone give a brief summary of what both BD Live and Bonus View features offer?

My primary focus by far is on the movie itself. I occasionally check out extra features, but I don't make a point of distinguishing between what sort of extra stuff I'm looking at. Everything's playable with the PS3, so I don't pay attention.
